Celebration. Here is a duplicate 35mm color slide of the front end of Pennsylvania Railroad engine #5828. It was by the Baldwin Locomotive Works as a BP-60 passenger engine rated at 3,000 horsepower in November of 1948, later regeared and reclassified as a 2,250 horsepower BH-50 for freight and helper service, and retired in April of 1962 after just 14 years of service. The names of the photographer and the Railroader pictured here, the date, and the location are not recorded. ("PrrFan18n")
